1. Quotations and Booking

All quotations are based on the details provided by the customer and are subject to change if additional services or items are required.

Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit.

2. Cancellations and Reschedule

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours of the move will result in a 50% charge.

Reschedupng is subject to availabipty and may incur additional charges.

3. Customer Responsiblities

Customers must ensure all items are packed securely unless packing services are booked with us.

Customers must provide accurate access details to avoid delays.

It is the customer's responsibipty to inform us of any heavy, oversized, or fragile items.

4. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

Moving Champs UK is not pable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any additional charges incurred during the move must be settled immediately.

6. Insurance Clause

• No insurance coverage included: Your move does not include insurance coverage for your items. All goods will be transported at the owner’s risk.
• Risk of Damage: While our team exercises great care in handling and transporting your belongings, please be aware that accidents may still occur. Under our standard terms, we are not liable for any loss or damage to goods unless it is caused intentionally by our team.
• Insurance for Special Cases: If you require insurance for valuable or special items, you must make a specific request prior to your move. We can arrange insurance coverage at an additional cost, but please contact us in advance to discuss your needs.
• Acknowledgment of Risk: By proceeding with our services, you acknowledge and accept that your items are moved at your own risk.

7. Liability Limitations

Moving Champs UK is not responsible for items packed by the customer unless visible external damage occurs.

We do not transport hazardous materials, perishable goods, or illegal items.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Any disputes should be reported within 48 hours of the service being provided.

We aim to resolve disputes amicably; however, legal action may be pursued if necessary.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
